to life, Adam ensures design details successfully cross the finish line. Whether on-site solving problems,

building relationships, or lending a fresh perspective, Adam thrives in the space where creativity meets

execution.

Design runs in the family. Raised by an interior designer and formally trained in Interior Design himself,

Adam’s connection to the industry began early. His relationship with PHANOMEN started more than a

decade ago as an intern, making his return ten years later a full-circle moment. In the years between,

Adam co-founded and operates Gather 22, an award-winning hospitality concept in Indianapolis, where

he serves as Director of Operations.

Adam brings a unique blend of hospitality, operations, and design thinking to every project. As a

restaurant owner, he understands how spaces function beyond opening day and values the details that

shape memorable experiences. A self-described jack-of-all-trades, he enjoys jumping into whatever is

needed...whether that's coordinating an installation, supporting the design team, connecting clients

with local resources, or finding solutions when plans inevitably shift.

A passionate advocate for Indianapolis and the Midwest hospitality community, Adam loves building

relationships and championing local makers, artists, and businesses. Usually the first to know about a

new restaurant, gallery opening, or cultural event; he enjoys connecting people to places and

experiences that make a city feel like home.
